EP 48: Yoga Fixes Everything

While in Mansfield, MO for Stephen’s memorial Crystal checked out Stephen’s favorite bookstore, A New Chapter.  Here Crystal had the chance to sit down and chat with Stephen’s bad ass yoga guru, Shelby Koop.

Shelby shares a lot of useful information on how yoga can be helpful for runners.  She talks about how to pick a class, how to practice at home, reality vs expectation, and why you might not need that foam roller.   She also shares some of her favorite memories of Stephen and what he taught her.
