In this episode Crystal talks with William Pullen.  William is a London based psychotherapist who developed a technique called Dynamic Running Therapy (DRT).  He practices this in-person with his patients but has also written a book titled “Running with Mindfulness - Dynamic Running Therapy to Improve Low-Mood, Anxiety, Stress, and Depression.”
