Stephen and Andy welcome Paul Staudigel from www.inov-8.com to co-host this episode. Inov-8 is a running shoe and gear manufacturer based out of Europe. The trio talk about the company, trail running, and the difference between European fell running and American trail running. The challenges of trying to break into the heartland market. And of course, they geek out about shoes! They explore the models and features of the Inov-8 shoe line. In the runners route segment Paul talks about some of his favorite trails in Ohio such as the Mount Airy Trail where he will be running the Stone Steps 50K this October.
